Website Manipulation Tool

As an experienced tool developer I thought I should try something different than just a new item for a game. 

I think furthur, I decided to make a tool that allows you to manipulate a website's looks (personal looks not global).

The tool is still in developement and may never be released here because I don't really trust this yet. I would say I'm about 75% done after 2 months of work. The coolest feature in my opinion is that you can change the website into changing shape and color constantly in a loop.
